EXCHANGE

The best way to exchange items is to bring your proof of purchase in-store. (Within 2 weeks) or send it with your item/s to return to the address (Coup Shop 56, Westfield Manukau Shopping Mall, Corner of Great South Road, and Wiri Station Road, Manukau City Centre, Auckland, 2104, New Zealand) with your order number clearly written on the outside of the package any exchange delivery fees are at the customer’s expense.

 

 

 

REFUND

    • We DO NOT provide any REFUND if you change your mind.
    • If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
    • The best way to exchange goods is to visit our offline store (Manukau Westfield) with the original receipt.
    • Item(s) must be in saleable condition with all tags and stickers attached.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    • Earrings
    • Locs Shades
    • Chains
    • Underwear
    • Face Mask

Returns sent via courier are at the customer’s expense, and Coup Manukau will not pay or reimburse return freight costs for any returned product for reasons other than a faulty product. We will not be liable for the loss of an item being returned to us. We recommend that you return it only using a COURIER – SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.
